Fairbanks, Alaska

Fairbanks is the jumping off point for bush Alaska, 95% of Alaska's land mass with only 25% of its people.

One of the joys of this trip was bringing my youngest child - 11 year old Diana and my second child, 22 year old Andrew.

Native cultures were well represented at the University of Fairbanks museum

Mary is next to a stuffed bear, but we saw 10 live grizzleys in Denali National Park.
